When I see the word “muddle,” I know I’m in for a treat. And when I take that muddled treat and mix it with liquor? Well, that’s a special kind of refreshing symbiosis. What drew me to this cocktail is not just the fact that I think “rhubarb” is a funny word, but that it also makes me salivate the way only savory dishes can provoke.
